The Prosperity Center Youth Services Division: AAU Basketball Program

Welcome

Welcome to the official Prosperity Center AAU Basketball Program Website. This is the home of the "Rockingham X-PLOSION". We would like to congratulate all of our players for achieving excellence during our 2009 basketball season! We are proud of all of our youth who competed against other great basketball clubs throughout North Carolina and Southern Virginia. We are looking forward to our 2010 season. To improve athletic skills.
To provide an opportunity to compete against high - level competition.
To teach life skills, respect, responsibility, honesty, integrity, courage, and dedication.
To provide a chance for alternative college scholarship opportunities in the future.
To provide education assistance as needed.

Volunteer

The Prosperity Center has great opportunities for you to volunteer!

Sports Coach

If you would be interested in volunteering as a youth sports coach, you must complete a volunteer application. Volunteer applications are available at "The Prosperity Center" office located as 513 S. Main Street, Reidsville, NC 27320. Please fill out an application and submit it to "The Prosperity Center" office. Once the application is reviewed, you will be contacted regarding your volunteer request. Coaching would take about 2 - 4 hours a week for team practices plus additional time for weekend basketball tournaments. Good communication skills are a must. We also perform Criminal Background Checks on all of our volunteer coaches.
