Overview
The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center provides homeownership opportunities to Low Income individuals, that improve communities, and enhance the quality of life for men, women, children, and families. A stock of affordable housing is essential to a vibrant and competitive community. Stable and affordable housing is central to reducing poverty because it provides a foundation from which families can more easily find and keep jobs, attend to the health and education of their children, and move toward self-sufficiency.
You may qualify for Very Low Income or Low Income Housing! The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center provides Housing Counseling, Homebuyer Education, and Homebuyer Clubs. These services provide individuals with information that, along with their own determination and self sacrifice, enable them to become homeowners and improve their quality of life.
