Overview
The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center provides homeownership opportunities to Moderate Income individuals, that improve communities, and enhance the quality of life for men, women, children, and families. There were 102.8 million households in the United States in 1999. Of these, 68.8 million (67%) were homeowners and 34.0 million (33%) were renters. Median housing costs were $560 for renters and $617 for owners. We recognize that all individuals who choose to be homeowners have the right to affordable housing. It is our goal to develop homes and communities that fulfill the needs of Moderate Income Homebuyers.
You may qualify for Very Low Income, Low Income or Moderate Income Housing! The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center provides Housing Counseling, Homebuyer Education, and Homebuyer Clubs. These services provide individuals with information that, along with their own determination and self sacrifice, enable them to become homeowners and improve their quality of life.
