Overview

The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center provides homeownership opportunities to Very Low Income, Low Income, and Moderate Income individuals, that improve communities, and enhance the quality of life for men, women, children, and families.

The Prosperity Center's New Neighborhood Development Initiative is all about:

Building new affordable neighborhoods.
Giving residents a chance to play an active role in planning their community’s future .

The Prosperity Center starts by requesting its' advisory board to be part of a neighborhood steering committee, made up of people from within the community’s, churches, residences and businesses. Collectively, the steering committee works with City or County planning departments to develop an overall vision for future new neighborhoods.

The overall goal of the Neighborhood Planning Initiative is simple: To facilitate an environment and to create an atmosphere necessary to plan, make decisions, develop partnerships and negotiate for the resources needed to develop new and improve existing communities. The outcome benefit is fulfillment of housing needs, by providing new neighborhood developments to communities.

The Prosperity Center creates homes that include floor plans designed for day-to-day living in neighborhoods that create a physical setting where residents can comfortably acquaint themselves with people they might not otherwise meet.

You may qualify for Very Low Income, Low Income or Moderate Income Housing! The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center provides Housing Counseling, Homebuyer Education, and Homebuyer Clubs. These services provide individuals with information that, along with their own determination and self sacrifice, enable them to become homeowners and improve their quality of life.
