"We have a dream of a world where every person lives in safe, affordable housing, in a caring community of their own choosing." The Prosperity Christian Resource and Community Housing Development Center's goal is to provide a variety of affordable housing options for people with various needs: for people who earn low-income wages, for the elderly, for the disabled, for people in need of supportive service enriched housing, for people in need of transitional housing, and for many others unable to pay market rents. We build safe and nurturing communities that recognize the right to affordable housing, the importance of self-determination, and the value of mutual respect. We work to develop and maintain communities that address the needs of our residents.
